With a few exceptions, payment is expected at the time of service. We accept Cigna insurance and are happy to contact them to verify your benefits. Additionally, if you have out of network benefits on other insurance plans, we are happy to verify those benefits and submit forms on your behalf, although payment is still expected at the time of service.
As required by law, we also accept Medicare, although we are “non-par”. This means that Medicare patients receive reimbursement for covered services directly from Medicare, but pay us at the time of service. Please note, from a chiropractor, Medicare only covers spinal manipulation. Before we can diagnose, we are required by law to perform an exam. This exam, as well as Active Release Technique or X-rays, are non-covered services.
For car accidents, payment is expected at the time of service, but we will prepare and submit insurance billing forms for you as a courtesy.
